The hotel and beautiful beachfront setting made our visit special with gorgeous ocean views, wonderful beach walks, and a fabulous pool and jacuzzi. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and our room and bathroom were surprisingly spacious. The staff was outstanding and genuinely welcoming, especially Austin at the front desk and Mack at the ocean facing lobby bar. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning, which was convenient and nice. We were on the 9th floor. We will definitely return, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Panama City area! Great vacation!

It's always clean, staff is exceptionally attentive & friendly, breakfast is amazing, and it's just a short walk to Pier Park. Walk out the door, down the short boardwalk and it's all there. The room was clean and the service was great. Everything was ready for us when we got there and checking in and out was easy. This location is close to just about anything you're looking for in PCB, driving or walking. The 4 stars come from sliding barn doors in front of the bathroom that leave about a 2-inch gap...yikes. Not sure who's design choice this was but it wasn't a good one. There's plenty of room in the bathroom for a swing-in door. Just beware (especially if you're with non-partner people) you can and do hear absolutely everything from the bathroom... Other than that, great stay. Keep to the good service, you've got great staff and a great location.

The views and amenities are obvious reasons to post a positive review, but the entire staff needs to be recognized.  I do not know all of their names, but maintenance team, housekeeping members, bartenders, front office staff and anyone we came across worked so hard to make us feel welcomed. I did get a few names to give a shout out to. Cardinal was amazing and probably needs to be considered for a promotion.  Jessica is a true professional and deserves a raise.  Austin was super cool when I approached him with questions.  Shayla, Mac, and the third bartender I met at Little Ceasars on our first night were all freaking amazing. Oh! One last shout out to the breakfast crew. They work diligently to provide us with a proper start to the day with not enough recognition.  This hotel is a wonderful place to visit.
