The moment you walk in all the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Austin helped us at check in and he was Great! It was a stressful time after the Hurricane and he was a great help and pleasant,always with a smile. The rooms had Great AC, comfortable beds and fresh coffee makers in the room which is not always the case anymore.  They had a Bunch of luggage carts which was Awesome! Some hotels have like 3 at the front which Always seem taken.  That was not the case here. They have a covered walkway to get to the parking lot above the street which is also great. Its Right on the beach!!! In walking distance to Pier Park which we walked our dog to everyday. Also its across the street from Diegos which has quick, fresh and delicious food and Great Margarettas!! You pay a fee for parking, but that is almost everywhere these days and for right on the ocean its worth it.. and yes its a lil dated but its easy to overlook when Everything else is so Wonderful!! We had a Wonderful time at your Hampton Inn!! Thank you!!! Keep up the Great management!!!

Nice pool and hot tub, great beach access. Friendly helpful staff. I was having difficulty getting the computer to print a document I needed so the front desk lady had me email it to her so she could print it. Wonderful options for complementary breakfast.
