Little Village Panama City Beach FL
Looking to do a bit of shopping while you are in Panama City Beach? Visit the Little Village.
Okay, it’s not actually a village, but it is Sandy Wolf’s village and you’re invited. Sandy Wolf is the owner of Little Village and purchased the house as a place to live. That purchase turned into the eclectic labyrinth of shops it is today.
Lindsey, the Manager at Little Village, spoke to us.
“We always try to find unique items from around the world,” she says. And Little Village is making an effort to buy from fair trade companies that are dedicated to providing living wages.
What can you expect to find here? A ‘little’ bit of everything! Whether you’re looking for jewelry, clothing, candles or anything in between, there is something for you to take home.
Anne, a long-time employee at Little Village, said that shopping here has become part of the Panama City experience for some people.
“I think people are just drawn to this shop,” she says. “People make it a point to stop here before they leave Panama City. If you can’t find it here, you probably don’t need it.”
And those return guests have created a little community within the village.
“You never leave here without meeting a new friend,” says Anne. “You’re never alone.”
Little Village is more than just shopping. There is plenty of space to kick back and lounge outdoors on vintage furniture and listen to live music. If hunger strikes, Finns Island Style Grub is located outside, serving a wide variety of tacos, nachos and other fresh catch favorites.
“Shop, snack, listen and relax” at the coziest village on the coast.
Little Village is located at 2808 W 12th St, Panama City, FL. For more information, visit the Little Village website or call (850) 215-8780.
